Thank you for your interest in volunteering! LLTT, Bureau of Land Management, and our local chapter of Trout Unlimited have joined together to make our beloved river corridor and open lands more accessible and fire safe! What a great way to celebrate YOUR public lands!
Gather at the Depot at 9:00 and choose the project of your choice. We’ll have many projects to choose from - along the Depot “Cut”, the Susan River, and the Bizz Johnson Trail.
We will focus on “fire safe” practices - our goal is to reduce vegetation fire hazards along the trail and the Depot “Cut” - and improve river access in town.
Come help! Supplies and lunch will be provided thanks to generous support from California Volunteers and Keep California Beautiful.
